I have used 'Orchids' a gorgeous Digi stamp. She is coloured with ProMarkers. The background papers are from my never decreasing paper mountains! She didn't need much more...just a few Prima flowers and the die-cut sentiment.
It seems ages since I made any cards...or played with my Unity stamps.
My niece's 21st birthday this week gave me the chance to do both!
This is the card I made for mum to send her.
I have used 'Anastasia' I love her... The card is quite a large one at 8" square. She is coloured with ProMarkers. The background paper is by Craftwork Cards... I got it in a bargain pack..the colours are really lovely and soft. I didn't do too much, because I didn't want to hide them...The sentiment is from Tim Holtz 'Handwritten Celebrate' cut 3 times and layered.
I can't believe that this has taken me all day! I do love how it's turned out though...Another PaperArtsy stamp set slipped into my basket...I do love her..
Inspired by this Tag (thanks Helen) I came up with this...
I am using a Journal by 7Gypsies which is made up of Manilla card and is held together by 3 book rings.......Goodness only knows how long I have had it!
The background is created with Distress Inks...still my 'go to' to create with! I have then sprayed water through an Alphabet stencil...this is the first time I have tried this and I really love how it turned out. A bit more stamping with some CI stamps and my 'washi tape' stamps again. I stamped her onto the card before doing the background and then stamped her again and coloured her with ProMarkers. I have used a Butterfly off a Finnabair set... I feel sure I have a tape measure stamp somewhere!! I then found these by Unity stamps which I thought would work quite well. A couple of words and I was done.
I stamped her onto water colour paper and coloured her using my Derwent Inktense pencils and my water brush. I created the background with sprays and then texture paste through a stencil. I've created the 'washi-tape' with a couple of the new stamps... I love how these look. Unfortunately the camera didn't like the glossy accents on her lips...that's why she looks a bit weird!
She is a very old Penny Black wooden stamp...my very favourite kind! I have coloured her with ProMarkers. The papers are from my seemingly never ending paper mountains! I again took inspiration from the very talented Debby.
I am entering her into the following challenges...
